2017 Schuitemaker Exacta 800

The Schuitemaker Exacta slurry injector is available in three different working widths. The Exacta slurry injector is characterized by the unique HYDROCARE ground following system, where all elements follow the ground over the full working width, regardless of the subsoil. In addition, the open and especially compact form of the Exacta slurry injector is immediately apparent. The slurry injector is therefore always mounted directly behind the tank so that the weight remains comfortably close to the rear axle.

Because the slurry injectors continue to increase in working width it has become increasingly important to ensure an even pressure on the disks and the injection system over the total working width. To overcome this problem Schuitemaker has introduced the HYDROCARE ground following system.

An important characteristic of all the Exacta slurry injectors is the well thought out construction. Even though the machine has a large working width, it is still compact.

The Exacta slurry injector has great vertical movement potential due to the pivoting suspended arms. The side arms fold up hydraulically and have a mechanical locking system. The two arms can unfold and fold simultaneously.
