2018 Gleaner 8200-30

The Gleaner 8200 Flex auger heads feature smooth, aggressive feeding.

The 8200 Series headers are available in 20 ft. (6.1 m), 25 ft. (7.6 m), 30 ft. (9.1 m) and 35 ft. (10.6 m) cutting width to provide matched crop gathering capacity for the combine being used. The larger 8200 headers mean fewer passes across the field, which reduces soil compaction and improves harvest productivity.

Features a large 30 in. (762 mm) diameter conveyor auger with a heavy-duty center section, which prevents flexing and improves auger reliability. With 7 in. (178 mm) high flighting and 27 in. (686 mm) pitch, crop conveys into the feeding system in a smooth, uniform manner. This provides even feeding for higher capacity

The SCH cutterbar is factory-installed. It uses bolt on sections and double cut guards. The guards allow the knife, with alternating sections, to cut material at the top and bottom on each knife stoke. Increases cutting efficiency and extends wear life.

The SCH Rollerguide is exclusive to the SCH sickle. The Rollerguide decreases friction on the sickle providing reduced wear on components. Ensures uptime and extends wear life.
