Features May Include:

EZTRAK

• Brandt's EZTRAK tensioning and tracking system keeps your belt aligned and properly tensioned at all times. A patented steel envelope keeps the belt aligned while the heavy-duty springs maintain consistent belt tension. The visual tension indicator makes it easy to see when adjustment is needed.

Precision Rollers

• Drive rollers are machined to exact standards to eliminate run-out of the rollers against the rubber belting. This extends the life of the roller bearings and reduces maintenance.

High Traction S-Drive

• The S-Drive allows for over 22” of belt contact on the 9” drive roller for increased drive traction, while belt take-up has been increased to 35” for improved tensioning. Viewing ports allow easier monitoring of tracking and roller wear and all rollers are replaceable without removing the belt, eliminating the need for spring re-tensioning.

Vulcanized Drive Roller

• The fully vulcanized drive drum has superior drive and manufacturing characteristics, which prevent any damage to the belting.

Synchronous Belt Drive

• The drive system is quieter that competitors’ models during operation and has enhanced wear characteristics over a chain-drive system. This eliminates downtime and maintenance costs associated with the roller chain such as lubrication, re-tensioning and excessive stretching causing chain failure.

Scissor Lift

• Brandt’s scissor-lift undercarriage delivers unmatched strength and rigidity when the conveyor is fully raised, ensuring smooth operation and maximum reach into any bin or handling system.

Solid Wind Guards

• The wind guard design incorporates welded side panels for added tube strength and protection from the elements. Removable panels on the underside allow for easy belt access.

Modular Construction

• Critical wear points, such as the intake and discharge, feature modular construction and are easily replaced after extensive use.
